In order to increase the font size of the receipt the "ticket template definition" will have to be edited to include either:

<dblw></dblw> tag for doubling width of the font,

<dblh></dblh> for doubling the font height

or <dblwh></dblwh> to double both the font width and height.

This can be found under Settings->Printer Settings.

Please see image below for an example using <dblw> tag in the first line with its closing tag located in the same line as the condiments.
