KitchenGo Premium New Features and Enhancements:

 

 • Item Fire - Ability to mark an Item as fired

 • Refire - Ability to mark an order to be refired
 • Fire on the Fly - Ability to mark an order or item in "Fire" or "Refire" status from a bump bar or         touch screen
 • Sound - Can set custom sound when an order or item is fired
 • Print Job - Ability to set the printer to only print orders or items that are fired or refired
 • Fire Priority Sort - Moves orders that are fired to the front of the queue
 • Fire Visibility Changes:

•   Border: Changes to orange and flashes when fired
•   Action Icon: Can set an action icon for fired orders to appear in header or footer
•   Icon: New Fire icon can appear next to items

 • Expo Prep Management - Ability to allow an Expo station to move and sort orders around for         prep station as well
 • Seewoo Printer Integration
 • Router Setting Import - Embedded router and router can now import an existing database and       settings from another preexisting router on the same network and store

KitchenGo Premium Improvements:

Smart Order Improvements – Sending items with no cat delay or prep times will make items        show first (appetizers) along with next course item or longest prep time item. Also sending decimal numbers will also now be recognized as well. (ie. .25, .50, etc.)

Add-On Notification – Adding a condiment or modifier to an existing item on a ticket will now show the Add-On Notification similar to adding an item to an order.

Edit Notifications – Editing contents in an item or condiment (voiding, adding, changing and condiments or modifiers) will display an edit icon next to the condiment or item for improved 
visibility.

Unbump Menu Sort – In the unbump menu, now the sort order will appear from newest to oldest instead of oldest to newest, starting with the last order that was bumped. This will make it easier for bumpbars to pull up the last 10 recently bumped orders.

Bumping Items update – Bumping all items from ticket will now bump the whole order to improve item bumping with bumpbar.

Cook Started on Items – Icon will now appear next to items marked as cook started. Timer will also start, and order will be marked as cook started as well. Color can be set for cook started 
on items in Item Display settings.

FIFO Order Priority Sort Update – Previously orders set to move to the front of the queue (such as Rush orders) were to be always shown first. Now it will show under FIFO methodology.  Oldest -> 
Newest.

Global Park and Unpark – If an order is parked in the prep or expo station, it will park in the prep or expo station attached to it. If the order is unparked in the expo or prep station, it will also 
unpark in the expo or prep station attached to it.

Smart Bumping – Bumping an item with a prep time or cat delay will show the next item in the queue regardless of time left. Can be enabled in Bumping Settings.

KDSRouter used in KDSStation XML tag – Sending an order using to KDSRouter will now send to default station

Epson Printer Command Update – Updated Epson Printer command codes to current ones.

Removed WebSocket Connection – KDS will no longer look for communication to server via WebSocket for API orders and won’t show in log.

Removed option – Enable Page touch button

Bug Fixes

Reports showing sum of times instead of averages – Reports will now display the correct Average total.

Unable to Push Settings from the Back Office – Users will now be able to push exported settings to individual KDS stations.

Update button in web portal not working – Green update button in web portal now sends update prompt to KDS.

Order not updating customer name in order header when an order is edited – Customer name will now show correctly if added after order was placed.

When items are bumped using a highlight color, condiments and modifiers don’t also get highlighted – For consistency, now when bumping icon is set to a color and is bumped, 
condiments and modifiers also get highlighted to show the whole item is done.

In relationship table, changing expo function to "statistic" didn’t remove number from expo column – This has been addressed

If an Item with Condiment was bumped in the prep station, it will show double check marks for the Condiment in the expo station – This has been addressed.

Vertical panel view cuts off orders when space is limited – Orders are more neatly managed under vertical panel mode if limited space is available on the bottom for a new order.

Condiment Bumping Icon appearing as two different colors – Updated the check mark to grey instead of yellow as show in the settings.

Orders not auto-highlighting when using tab display – This has been addressed.

Settings are not being saved during export to web if pressing Enter on keyboard or bumpbar – This has been addressed.
 
Unpark time was not appearing in Expo Station, only prep station – This has been addressed.

Item Destination not showing – Sending an item with an Item Destination tag wasn’t showing under Item. This has been addressed.

Line-item display showing quantity value instead of condiments in condiment column – This has been addressed.

Editing an item name would not show the edit icon – This has been addressed.

If auto bump was enabled, when an order got unparked it bumped off immediately – This has been addressed.

Color by destination was not overriding category name if “group by category” was enabled – This has been addressed.

Duplicate stations were shown in database and back office, as a result some conditions were not executed – This has been addressed.

Duplicate Stations appearing in back office using extra licenses – This has been addressed.

KDS Router Crashing when turned on, or when remote folder was edited – This has been addressed.

When an order is modified, order highlight was lost – This has been addressed

Internal Timer Reset upon close to help prevent freezing issues

Reduction in log size and captivity– Logs were recording information sent to the back office every minute which led to a large log file and some degradation. This has been reduced to only record the information sent to the back office upon logins and restarts.

When bumpbar sends input for tab display tab switch and tab display is not being used, the KDS freezes – This has been addressed.
