Bematech NA RMA Process

If you are experiencing issues with your Bematech hardware you will need to contact our Support Team. They will be happy to assist you with getting your equipment up and running as quickly as possible. Once an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been generated for your unit, please mail it to the address below with the number clearly displayed on the exterior of the package. This will help expedite the RMA process.

  1. Download an RMA return label:

  2. Please mail product in sufficient packaging with RMA label on outside of box to:
