Customer order status display is a display that facing customers and shows the status of orders.
How it works:
· Order queue station will display all its Expo’s order in a special way with only Order ID and Order Status by default; Status = Order received;
· When Expo finishes part of the order, the order status will change to Status = In progress;
· When Expo finishes all order items, the order status will change to Status = Order Ready;
· When Expo bump this order, the order status will change to Status = Ready for Pickup;
Setup:
1. To enable order queue display, an Expeditor station is required. We are using Station#0 as the Expeditor and Station#98 for the Customer Order Status Display.
2. Open Kitchen Router and go to Settings.
3. In Stations relationship, click on the drop-down menu from the Function column then Select Queue option for Station#98.
4. Enter 0 as the primary station (Expeditor) the click OK.
5. Once the station relationship is assigned, the software will automatically modify the setup. Click Save & update to all before exiting the Settings screen.
6. Now Station#98 is working as the Order Queue Display. On the screen, you should be able to see “Check your order status here” at the header section.
7. Go to Settings then scroll the Feature panel (left panel) down to Extra feature section. Here you can set up different customization for the order display.
