Why are there no bump notification files being generated in KitchenGo Premium?

How to enable notification settings for Bumped items and orders

For bump notification XML files to be generated, go to application SETTINGS> NOTIFICATION>  and select the option "Enable bump notification".

This setting is not global and unique to each station. You will need to enable this on each station that you wish to have a notification file generated.

Depending on which station this is enabled on, you will get the below BumpType:

     0 - unknown
     1 – kitchen station item bump
     2 – kitchen station order bump
     3 – expeditor station item bump
     4 – expeditor station order bump
     5 – kitchen station item unbump
     6 – kitchen station order unbump
     7 – expeditor station item unbump
     8 – expeditor station order unbump
     9 - order finished, all items finished.
     10 -  order was transfer to other station.
     11 - order status changed event
     12 - item qty changed event

Based on the above, the notification file will be generated and placed in the "notification" folder on your SMB share location.
