SSL errors on KDS while communicating with Kdsgo.com Backoffice
Logic Controls KitchenGo Premium is unable to connect to KDSGO BackOffice portal and thus unable to check for licenses due to SSL errors.
This error usually occurs when the network is blocking a required outbound connection to the kdsgo.com website.
To resolve, check that your network firewall is configured correctly to allow for the outbound connections.
Contact Logic Controls support for and updated network IP whitelist with the required connections for the KDS software to function correctly.
